Financial
We will be more than happy to assist you in filing and submitting ALL insurance plans. We partner with and participate in-network with MetLife, Aetna and Delta Dental. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need or desire. Forms of payment accepted by our office are check, cash, all major credit cards and flexible spending accounts (FSA).

We also offer several financing programs that allow for interest-free or fixed payment plans. Please ask us or click http://www.carecredit.com/  for information. We have in-house financing available as well for selected procedures.

Cancellations:
We will always respect your time, and our team will make every effort to schedule appointments that accommodate the needs of our patients. In return, we ask that our patients make every effort to keep their reserved dental appointments. When a patient appointment is broken without notice or an appointment is missed, it creates scheduling challenges for other patients as well as our dental team. We understand that emergencies arise, however, we require 48-hour notice as a general rule. Failed or broken appointments outside the 48-hour guideline are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our dental practice.
