Assistants

Becky Olmstead is our lead clinical supervisor. She has been with our practice for 8 years and is a wonderful asset to us. She has been a Certified Dental Assistant  (DA11) for 25 years, completing courses through the American Red Cross and the Naval Base in Florida. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of general dentistry and her gentle demeanor will make even the most anxious patient feel calm. Becky moved from New England to North Carolina to be closer to her children and 8 grandchildren. When not at work, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, gym time, baking, and decorating her home. Becky is a creative crafter. In addition, she has two babies of her own, her beloved shih-tzus Molly and Murphy. 

Kristin Bailey is an experienced  Certified Dental Assistant (DA11). She was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. She has been in the dental field for 25 years working both in the general dental and surgical arena. " I like the art of dentistry, creating beautiful smiles and building relationships". Kristin is upbeat and positive, with an excellent chairside manner.

In her private life Kristin enjoys crafts, refinishing furniture, reading and spending time with her husband and two teens...especially vacations.

Noah Urlaub had been with us for over 4 years. He had assisted at the front desk, performed extensive lab duties, setup and break down of operatories, sterilization, and assisting chairside as needed. Noah now works with the practice as a temp. He has completed his studies at the Durham Technical School in the Dental Lab Tech program. He worked in Asheville, NC upon graduation and now is entering a 3 year Masters in Dental  Ceramics program at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry.

In his free time, Noah enjoys rock climbing both in a local climbing gym and outdoors. He is avid snowboarder and animal lover.
